They are collections of traditional wisdom tales and my favorite folktales from all over the world;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>14 countries and aproximately 777 places<\/strong> \u2026 I've visited as a <strong> storyteller <\/strong> - from Stockholm to Damascus, from Ireland to Algeria;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>50 minutes<\/strong> \u2026 is the longest story in my repertoire - a turkmenian folktale;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>33 seconds<\/strong> \u2026 is how long the shortest story in my repertoire takes;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>160 stories<\/strong> \u2026form my active repertoire \u2013 which means they can be told at any time, even if I am woken up at three in the morning;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>66 times every year<\/strong> \u2026on average I perform;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>1896 times<\/strong> \u2026I have told stories so far through 2024;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4 prizes won<\/strong> in the 4 competitions I have participated in \u2014 <strong>bronze, silver and gold<\/strong>;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"translation-block\"><strong>4 languages<\/strong> \u2026 I've told stories in: Standard German, Tyrolean Dialect, English, Spanish, French.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Faux pas<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph translation-block\"><strong>Please do not write \u201creading\u201d!<\/strong><br>\nFree, lively storytelling is very different from reading aloud from a book. But because we are more familiar with the term \"reading\" than \"storytelling evening\", the two are sometimes confused. It's a bit like calling a violinist a DJ\u2026<br>\nAlso I do not tell stories that I made up myself, but rather ancient tales for adults from oral traditions around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
